Tridien Medical is the brand identity of Anodyne Medical Device, Inc., a subsidiary of Compass Diversified Holdings (NASDAQ: CODI). Headquartered in Coral Springs, FL, Tridien is a developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices, specifically support surfaces and patient positioning devices to prevent and heal pressure wounds on patients with limited to no mobility.

Since its inception in 2006, Tridien has experienced significant growth following the strategic acquisitions of AMF Support Surfaces, Anatomic Concepts, Primatech Medical and SenTech Medical Systems, all of which were pioneers and leaders in our core markets.

In longest operation was AMF Support Surfaces, founded in 1932. Its longevity has provided Tridien with a wealth of development and manufacturing expertise in non-powered support surfaces and residence hall mattresses. SenTech Medical Systems and Primatech Medical, established in 1992 and 2002 respectively, were pioneers in powered support surfaces, with SenTech widely acknowledged as the market’s original source for advanced surfaces for use in higher acuity care environments.

The surgical patient positioner market was decisively established when Anatomic Concepts opened its doors in 1989. To this day, Tridien manufactures millions of surgical and rehabilitation positioners annually for clinical facilities and medical distributors.
